Ketones are what is released in your pee when you start burning fat for energy instead of carbs... So, it means my Atkins is working!! Yay!

I haven't been utterly faithful to the 20 or less carbs that Atkins Induction requires, but it must be ok, since I'm still in the "fat burning" mode. I am hungry right now, tho. It's close to lunch, but I'm not sure if it's close enough!!

I have been really enjoying myself over on the other blog (myspace.com). This one is probably fun, too, but I may give this one up entirely soon if the other stays so fun. We'll see.

Well, that game gave me a little bit of a scare!! Yuck. But, it ended well!
And Thanksgiving was a great time. It was so good to see everyone & hang out.

Then I started Atkins on Saturday. So, now I'm on Day 4. It's going really well. Kim (from work) & I agreed to both do it for the time between T-day and X-mas, then take the week between Xmas & NYs off, then pick it back up after the new year.

Well, I'm actually heading out to lunch right now, but just wanted to jot some quick stuff down!

I think I could vomit.
Payroll just informed me that they've been UNDER-charging me for daycare by 1/2 since Lela came back to Cedra. Not cool.
And that they are going to "catch up" on this paycheck. Not cool.
About $600 worth of extra deductions on a single paycheck. Very not cool.
But, to quote Diana Ross, I will survive.

Wonderful Weekend!!
Friday after work I took to the squirrels to see Chicken Little. What a Blast! Then Saturday we did grocery shopping (normally a huge chore that I refuse to take the kids on, but they were GREAT!!). And since they were so good at the store, I took them for ice cream, too. (Lela had "superman" which is like rainbow sherbet, Hannah had cookies'n'cream, and I had pralines'n'cream. yum).
Then to top off the afternoon, I stopped by Toys'R'Us to let them play on the playscape there, and window shop. I also bought Le a new booster seat. It's cool w/ cinderella on it :)
Then Sunday we went out to eat after church (Chili's and then play time at McD's), had a relaxing afternoon, and then a good time at evening service (What Hannah & Le call "Ny Church")
Jeff rolled into town around 10:30. He had a good hunting trip. And said no to alcohol! Way To Go Jeffy!!! I'm really proud of him and his strength at this time. Anyways, he shot a deer. (It was a deformed buck that he thought was just a big doe when he shot it). Oh well, venison is venison! ;)

Ok, so Jeff left for Quana last night to hunt w/ his bro-in-law this wknd. I didn't sleep worth crap, the baby got up twice and the oldest one once. But I did get to work on time (tho I'm wearing jeans, tshirt, and tennis shoes... It's friday, right?). Today we have a turkey lunch in the daycare. That should be fun. As long as the kids don't get too clingy when I have to return to work. That always stinks.
I am going to post the halloween pics because they are so dang cute. (And to figure out how to actually do that!)
I think this afternoon (after work) the girls & I are going to pick up some movies at Blockbuster (I really want them to see Sound of Music). And later this wknd we may actually go to a movie at the theater. That sounds like fun to me. Plus it's too cold to do the park or anything like that.
I am really looking fwd to Thanksgiving next week. I wish we could stay all wknd, but I know it would cause a hectic following week (laundry, dirty house, groceries, etc)

Wow - the freedom - and responsibility! This may become a wonderful tool for self expression & realization - similar to a journal or diary... (but one that I could inconspicuosly add to while at work) hmm.
