All You Gotta Do Is Put Your Mind To It
Wonderful Weekend!!
Friday after work I took to the squirrels to see Chicken Little. What a Blast! Then Saturday we did grocery shopping (normally a huge chore that I refuse to take the kids on, but they were GREAT!!). And since they were so good at the store, I took them for ice cream, too. (Lela had "superman" which is like rainbow sherbet, Hannah had cookies'n'cream, and I had pralines'n'cream. yum).
Then to top off the afternoon, I stopped by Toys'R'Us to let them play on the playscape there, and window shop. I also bought Le a new booster seat. It's cool w/ cinderella on it :)
Then Sunday we went out to eat after church (Chili's and then play time at McD's), had a relaxing afternoon, and then a good time at evening service (What Hannah & Le call "Ny Church")
Jeff rolled into town around 10:30. He had a good hunting trip. And said no to alcohol! Way To Go Jeffy!!! I'm really proud of him and his strength at this time. Anyways, he shot a deer. (It was a deformed buck that he thought was just a big doe when he shot it). Oh well, venison is venison! ;)

I am SO Looking Fwd to Thanksgiving at MOMs!!

So what exactly is a deformed buck. Tell Jeff that I am glad that he is doing well and I can't wait to see you all this week love me

deformed buck: The antlers don't grow up from the head more than an inch or so (little nubs). It's better to kill it than to let it mate and have deformed antler offspring!
I get it, it just sounded funny, it reminds of the guys I have dated, it is better to kill them off than to let them mate.
